David Letterman Belajar Twitter Dari Justin Bieber

David Letterman boleh jadi memang populer sebagai seorang host acara talk show tapi soal Twitter, ia bukan apa-apa dibanding Justin Bieber. Karena itu juga Bieber sempat memberi sedikit pelajaran soal Twitter buat host berusia 63 tahun itu. Walaupun sepertinya tak terlalu bisa memahami namun Letterman membiarkan juga bocah asal Kanada ini mempromosikan acaranya lewat Twitter.
"You want me to Twitter you?" tanya Bieber saat ia menjadi tamu dalam acara Late Show yang dipandu Letterman. David Letterman sepertinya tak terlalu mengerti dan bertanya, "Apa maksudmu?" Pertanyaan ini disambut Justin Bieber dengan sederet kalimat untuk menjelaskan apa yang ia maksud. "Saya akan nge-Tweet dan bilang kalau Anda ada di sini bersama saya. It's just cool to let the fans know," jelas Bieber seperti dikutip dari Splash News.
Sepertinya ini juga bukan akhir dari kebingungan David Letterman karena tak lama kemudian ia kembali dibuat bingung saat Bieber menjelaskan kalau ia duduk di kelas 11. Meskipun sempat berkali-kali membuat David Letterman bingung namun Justin Bieber tak ragu-ragu mempromosikan acara Letterman pada tujuh juta followernya.

Tak bisa dipungkiri bahwa ketenaran Justin Bieber begitu pesat, sampai-sampai banyak pihak yang mempertanyakannya. Namun, Bieber pun membantah bahwa dirinya 'artis dadakan' dengan manipulasi bos-bos besar di dunia musik.
Bintang berusia 16 tahun ini melesat ke puncak kepopuleran setelah para bos industri musik melihat video yang dibuatnya sendiri dalam YouTube.com. Sejak saat itu, pelantun tembang Baby ini memiliki jutaan fans yang super setia padanya, walau beberapa pihak mengklaim bahwa ada keterlibatan para bos industri musik yang membuatnya sebegitu tenar.
Mendengar hal ini, Bieber pun menyanggah dan menyatakan bahwa kesuksesannya adalah buah kerja keras dan kemauan kerasnya di dunia musik. Dalam sebuah wawancara dengan David Letterman, Bieber pun menjelaskan mengenai film biografinya yang akan segera dirilis, NEVER SAY NEVER.
"(Film ini) adalah ceritaku. Sebagian besar orang akan berpikir bahwa ada beberapa orang yang membentukku. Mereka yang membuatku seperti ini. Seperti aku adalah mesin pabrikan. Tapi film ini akan membuktikan bahwa aku benar-benar bekerja keras untuk sampai di sini dan aku cuma ingin menunjukkannya," ujar Bieber. (ace/mae)

Justin Bieber 'Terlalu Tua' buat Hailee Steinfeld

Penyanyi Justin Bieber mengatakan bahwa ia terlalu tua untuk salah satu artis remaja yang mendapat nominasi Oscar, Hailee Steinfeld.
Bintang pop berusia 16 tahun ini diperlihatkan diwawancarai mengenai beberapa gambar dirinya sebagai bintang baru ketika diundang dalam acara THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO.
Justin juga membicarakan tentang post twitternya tentang Steinfeld beberapa waktu lalu, selama kemunculannya untuk mempromosikan film NEVER SAY NEVER, yang mana bakal ditayangkan di bioskop bulan depan.
Justin dan Steinfeld juga sempat bertemu dalam acara Golden Globe Awards, di mana pasangan ini membacakan nominasi dan pemenang dari film animasi terbaik 2011.
Selain itu, ketika Justin mendengar mengenai nominasi Oscar yang diperoleh Steinfeld ia sempat menulis: "Bertemu di Globes dan ia memiliki talenta luar biasa. CONGRATS kepada Hailee Steinfeld karena telah berusia 14 tahun dan mendapat nominasi OSCAR untuk film TRUE GRIT! Sekarang Hailee memiliki twitter."
Leno yang membawakan acara inipun bercanda dengan Justin, apakah ia memiliki ketertarikan kepada artis tersebut, namun dengan segera penyanyi remaja ini membantah dan mengatakan ia terlalu tua untuk Steinfeld.
"Ia masih muda. Ia berusia 14, dan aku akan berusia 17 tahun dalam waktu kurang dari satu bulan," pungkas Justin.
